Firstly, we open up the hair cuticles with our formulated ingredients designed to crack the hair cortex and open your hair cuticles like a pine cone in order to access the internal shaft.  Our product packages come with full instructions for usage.  Please remember that all hair is different.  Use our Clarifying shampoo that thoroughly cleans the hair and preps it for treatment.  You won't have full treatment capabilities until you hair is clean and cuticles open.  This is why our system comes with enough product to perform cycle after cycle.  Each cycle comprises of a system that has you shampoo the hair, treat the hair with our Aloe cleanse, and shampoo the hair again.  During this time you will leave the products in your hair per the instructions, and keep the hair moist; water actually helps the cuticles open. Our Aloe Cleanse treatment is loaded with propolyne glycol.  Once your hair is clean and the cuticles are open, the Propylene Glycol in the Treatment actually helps the hair to absorb more water which opens the cuticle further and dries out the hair even more.  The other chemicals remove the impurities, that is why our workhorse shampoo gets used a second time after the Aloe Cleanse treatment. This system can be repeated as much as you would like, which is why we have additional Aloe Cleanse bottle for sale to accompany a standard kit.  One of our system kits is comparable to about 12 boxes of Zydot, just follow our Heavy Procleanse instructions.
